Please give at least 48 hours’ notice before your session time if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session may be treated as a missed appointment and the full fee may still apply.

There is no charge for rearranging a session within the same week. If you need to move a session to a different week, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Late changes are usually charged at the full session fee.
