How I Can Help
Individual Telephone/Online Counselling
Telephone or online video counselling is for anyone who would like to access counselling but cannot do so in person. You may have a busy work life, live in a different area or not be physically able to get out to a counselling session. These sessions are 60 minutes long and I call you at a set date and time agreed upon by the both of us. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly. Video calls will be via Microsoft Teams. Please note, I am only taking phone clients from people who are based in the UK.
60 minute sessions are priced at £50
Individual Counselling for Counselling Students
Individual counselling for counselling students are one to one sessions that are usually weekly, although I offer fortnightly sessions as well. Sessions are 60 minutes long. As counselling training can be emotionally, mentally and financially demanding I offer a reduced rate to counselling students. If you would like personal support throughout your training or just want to meet your course requirements, I am available to offer you a safe space to do so. Please contact me to book a session.
Please note I am only offering counselling via telephone or online video call.

Cancellation/
Rearrangement Policy
Please give a minimum of 48hrs notice if you need to cancel a session. After 48hrs, the full session fee will be required. I will also give 48hrs notice if I need to cancel.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to a session, the session will be classed as a missed session and the full fee may still be payable.
If you wish to rearrange a session for the same week, there will be no rearrangement fee. If you wish to rearrange a session for the next week, please give me a minimum of 48hrs notice. If you do not give a minmum of 48hrs notice, the normal full charge will be made.
