Making Sense of ADHD

Whether you've recently been diagnosed, have suspected ADHD or have always felt different, therapy can help you understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion.

Working With Your Brain

Together, we'll find practical ways of working with your brain, rather than against it, so life feels more manageable and less exhausting.

Understanding Your Experiences

We'll explore the patterns behind overwhelm, burnout, procrastination, emotional ups and downs and self-criticism, helping you make sense of what's been happening.

Finding A Way Forward

Therapy isn't about becoming someone else. It's about understanding yourself, reducing self-blame and building a life that feels more sustainable for you.
